Amendment # 1. Article V, Section 1B. Change the word “Three” to “Five”.
Amendment # 2. Article V, Section 3A. Change the second sentence.
From:
“Two directors will be elected in odd numbered years and one director will be elected in even numbered years”.
To:
“Three directors will be elected in odd numbered years and two directors will be elected in even numbered years. A drawing will be held between any two or more new directors to determine which new directors will be odd or even year office holders. The winner will elect.
Amendment # 3. Article V, Section 3B. Add a new, second sentence.
“In the event the Past President becomes unwilling or unable to serve, the Board of Directors may, by majority vote, fill the position with any former officer.”
Amendment 4. Article VIII, Section 2. Change the pragraph to read as follows:

“A selected and designated member of the BOD, who is neither a National Officer, nor on the ballot shall cause a ballot to be prepared with a provision for write-ins to be mailed on or before October 31st to all members in good standing. At the option of the Board of Directors, made by 2/3 vote, ballots for officer elections may be prepared in hard copy to be sent and returned by United States mail, in which case the ballots shall be mailed on or before October 31 and returned postmarked not later than December 1. In such case, ballot instructions will provide for the return date and procedure.
